Our organization is committed to enhancing the mental health and well-being of young individuals aged 12 to 25, as well as adults over the age of 25.

Our mission is to offer a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can access complimentary or affordable support, information, and resources to promote their mental health and overall well-being.We provide a comprehensive array of services, including mental health support, counselling, mental health therapies, and alcohol and other drug services.

Additionally, we coordinate access to local general practitioners for physical and sexual health needs and work in partnership with specialized organizations to support employment and educational opportunities.

Our referral policy allows you to contact us through various methods. You can walk in, call, email, or fill out a Referral Form.

Our building and offices are accessible to people with disabilities, and we can arrange interpreters upon request.

Youth Support Services

Mental Health Services: Psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, and other workers can support you if you're feeling off.

Sexual Health Services: On-site screenings or local service links.

 

Work & Study Services: Assistance with work or study opportunities.

Youth Programs: Various activities for young people; ask your Centre for details.

Doctor (GP): GPs address physical health, sexual health, drug/alcohol issues, relationship problems, and emotional distress; available on site or locally.

Alcohol & Drug Services: Support for any alcohol or drug concerns.
